Language and Digital Justice

Language Justice

We work with linguistically diverse tenants and recognize the importance of everyone being able to communicate in their preferred language. We use professional interpreters whenever possible as well as simultaneous interpretation equipment. We strive to provide interpretation at every meeting in the languages of all participants.

Digital Justice

Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we have been working to bridge the “digital divide” by connecting tenants to digital resources. We have a Chromebook lending program so our tenant leaders can participate on video at virtual meetings and develop the digital literacy skills to be able to lead their tenants association campaigns.
